BBP Regeneration is pleased to announce it has been appointed to the new Homes England Multi-Disciplinary Panel as part of three separate consortia led by RegenCo, TibbaldsCampbellReith JV and Turner & Townsend.
BBP Regeneration is able to bring its skills in property, project appraisal, funding and delivery to complement two teams offering a full range of disciplines and able to take on a wide range of projects. The Panel is accessible to other public sector agencies, including Local Authorities, having been procured through fully compliant OJEU processes. As a result, it offers a quick and efficient means to procure high quality, good value development related technical services.
These appointments build on BBP’s long established relationship with Homes England and complements our appointment to the Homes England Economics Panel.
BBP Regeneration has recruited Dolapo David as a Graduate Development Consultant.
Dolapo has a degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading. Through past internships, she has four years’ experience working in both the residential and commercial property sector in central London and elsewhere in the UK. She has strong skills in research and analysis of property market, a keen attention to detail, as well as a sound understanding of business and occupier requirements.
We are pleased to announce that Elena Kosseva has been promoted to Senior Consultant, and Ricky Thakrar has been promoted to Associate Partner.
BBP has recruited Christopher Tilley as a Consultant.
Chris has a background in academia having undertaken advanced research in the economic and social history of England, resulting in the award of a doctorate from London University and subsequent consultancy and research work. Following a career change he gained an MSc, Merit in International Real Estate from The Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester. Christopher brings experience gained from roles with Retail Group London, a niche retail property specialist based in London focusing on the acquisition of retail and leisure premises for national chains. Prior to this he has experience as a Valuation Surveyor in central London and in the Consultancy department of Savills in Hong Kong.
