With SQW, ORS and Tribal, BBP carried out a study to forecast London Student housing requirements. This required a reliable baseline of current student numbers and the supply of student housing to be undertaken through a survey of the institutions. The impact of growth in higher education numbers could then be modelled and its impact in terms of cost to the public sector established.
